These are satellites sometimes transmit SSTV (or other format) images. The information on when they are going to transmit is very hard to come by except for the images transmitted by the ISS.
I have found that the best source for this information is the WhatsApp Channel, “Satellites for Hams…!!!”: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaIMu2D4IBhG7yR2Tb2d
