[amsat-bb] STMSat-1 confirm downlink 437.000 MHz

Hi Trevor -- yep lots of conflicting info out there.  @STMSAT11 is the
person who wrote that tumbler article in December.  VERY surprised that the
coordinated 437.800 frequency is not being used.  Good news is that
"official" information is now getting out there.
