This directory contains a suite of the 32 bit version of WISP files for
Windows 95 and NT 4.0 or later.  They are packed in a self extracting zipped
file having a filename in the format, wisp32nn.exe, where nn is the sequence
number of the update.  This file will be updated from time to time as enough
updates occur in the suite of WISP files to warrant doing so.

Also from time to time there will be other files located in this directory. 
They will be components of the WISP files that have been updated since the 
entire suite has been updated.  These files will be later versions of files 
contained in the wisp32nn.exe file and replace them.  When the wisp32nn.exe 
file is updated, these files will be included in it and the individual 
files deleted after a few weeks.
