This directory contains a presentation made by Ed Krome, KA9LNV,
at the 1996 Dayton Hamvention, entitled "The View From Below:
Thoughts on P3D Groundstations".  It was also presented at the
AMSAT-UK Colloquium (by VK5AGR) and at the AMSAT Space Symposium
in Tucson, Arizona.  This presentation is freely available for
use by anyone who wishes to give a local presentation on Phase 3D,
provided that appropriate credit is given to Ed Krome.

The text of the paper is available in plain text form or as a
Microsoft Word document.  The presentation slides are available
in a variety of formats, and each .zip file also contains the
text in Word format.
