Aug 1, 2004 To All RADIO AMATEURS BID: $ANS-214.07 Experimenters Wednesday will begin this coming week on Echo. We will enable the L band uplink at 1268.700 mhz for FM repeater operation with the UHF transmitter on 435.300 mhz. The V uplink on 145.920 will be off during this time. The CTCSS (PL) tone function will remain enabled during this test.
