Amsat News Service has learned that Amsat-UK provided a 
second donation of 25,000 pounds to the Phase 3D project. The 
RSGB will be providing a matching 25K to the project. These funds bring
in a  total donation of 75,000 pounds (about US $118,000) from 
these two groups. 

The Phase 3D  group, Amsat News Service, Amsat-NA, and Satellite users
all over the world, wish to thank the generosity of the RSGB and Ansat-UK
for these large contributions
