Popular satellites are there every time , along with new satellites Eg Mir
is always there as are Amsat birds, and even the failed US Dept of Defence
bird which broke up is there in all its separate parts A to H and onwards.
Special experimental sats are mention at intervals where space permits Eg
ATS 3 the famous now drifting geosat appears once every few months or so.

RM1 ( Russian Oscar 7 plus Rudak) is now expected to launch from Plesetsk
on 7 Jan 91. Pacsat now has a protocol which accepts calls to put files
onto the broadcast queue. This seems a very sensible idea.

Euan. Last inclination I have for Salyut 7 is 51.6 degs. Which means that
where ever its bits come down , all us fortunate Celts who live north of
the wall ( built by the Emperor Hadrian to keep out the English tourists),
