I am a senior aerospace engineering student at the University of Central Florida. I am graduating in May, 1997. At the Phase 3-D Lab in Orlando, I am responsible for the design of the internal frame (cocoon) that supports our satellite during shipping. I am also working on the mechanical drawings for the cocoon and its integration into the shipping container. I have also worked on space qualifying the auxiliary batteries. I will be working on the analysis of the deployment of the solar panels, as well as the design of the outdoor antennae testing facility.
