• Spring 2004 Project Summary

• April 4, 2004 -- Echo telemetry format specification released by Mike Kingery, KE4AZN.

• February 12, 2004 -- Due to a delay in the delivery of the primary payload to the launch site, the Echo launch has been postponed by three months. The new "official" launch date is June 29, 2004.
