AMSAT no longer publishes the mail alias list (or "address book"),
due to recent abuse of the alias list to send bulk mailings.

If you're wondering whether a particular person has a mail
alias, just try it.  Send mail to his callsign@amsat.org.
If he has an alias, he should get the mail.  If he does not
have an alias, you should get a message back from amsat.org
indicating that he is an unknown user.

I am working on a Web-based query page, which will allow you to
check a particular mail alias.  It might also be able to do a
"fuzzy" search, so you can try to find a callsign you don't quite
remember.

If such a query page won't fill your needs, you may contact me
and explain what you need to do.  I will try to find a way to
help you without publishing the whole list of mail aliases.
