This page contains answers to common questions from KCT users, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions. Well, someday it might.
On some systems, it is necessary to remove the rotor drive outputs from the KCT, before running the install program. This involves opening the DB25 end of the supplied cable, and temporarily removing the UP, DOWN, LEFT, and RIGHT wires. These are pins 3, 5, 7, and 9. Be sure to note the corresponding colors, in order to reinstall these wires correctly after the install program has been run.
