Send an email 24 hours prior to the ISS contact to

Please include the following information in the Email:

1) School name
2) Station to make contact
3) Callsign to be used at school
4) Callsign to be used on ISS
5) Confirmation that school is ready for contact
6) Time of contact (UTC & Local)
7) Phone numbers where the QSO is to take place.
8) Verification that phone does not have to go through switchboard or that switchboard will have an operator present prior to and during contact.
9) Frequency and backup for direct contact
10) Worldcom phone number for telebridge contact


School groups not adhering to this Email request will be deleted as an ARISS scheduled contact!

Within one week of completing the contact the school shall fill in the NASA feedback form for amateur radio contacts.  The online feedback form is at
