[sarex] ISS School contact 06-May-2011

We monitored the school contact today from the ISS.
 
I noticed that the signal strength seem to be way down from
its usual .
 
Were they using a different radio/antenna set up ?
 
It was an 80-degree pass here and they are usually S9+ but today
the signal barely made it over S3.
