[sarex] ISS pass

Hello folks,

 

It seems the transmitter hangs a while after each transmission. After that
there is a long period of silence. On my last pass 60 min ago, I heard the
end of an SSTV transmission and managed to copy a picture during the second
transmission. For the whole 11 minute pass, only 2 SSTV transmissions were
made.
