      This morning at the 1142 pass (UTC) Col. Bill McArthur was making
      contacts up and

down the Northeast as well as the South and Mid west and even Canada. It 
was a 75 degree pass and he
was taking good advantage. I said to him this might be my last contact 
with him and he replied that he will
be active for the remainder of his tour and will probably speak with me 
again..  He really enjoys Amateur Radio. Arthur N1ORC
