Request from Bill

I just had the pleasure to talk with Bill and congratulated him on his
accomplishments of WAS and DXCC. For him to get these awards, he needs to
have the QSL cards for confirmation. He said he was short about 4 cards on
the WAS.

If you've worked Bill and haven't sent off for your QSL, especially if
you're in the 'missing' states of Kansas, North Dakota, Mississippi, and
Wyoming, please do so ASAP. The address for the U.S. stations to send
their QSLs is:

ARRL Headquarters
225 Main Street
Newington, CT 06111-1494 USA

Bill and the ARISS community thank you!

73, Keith

Goodbye cruel world that was my home-
there's cleaner space out here to roam
Put my feet up on the moons of Mars-
sit back, relax, and count the stars
