[sarex] SuitSat still active at 0548 UTC Feb 12

Still using an arrow antenna/HT setup and still hearing "SuitSat One" during
the middle of the pass.

One might try and set up a demo at a school if you have a high elevation
pass during a good time. School Club Roundup is Feb 13-17.

Thanks to all the better equipped stations providing telemetry and keep it
up.
