SuitSat (AO-54) has NO packet transmissions. Only SSTV and the CW id right
before the SSTV. Everything else is voice recordings and digital voice
readings of the telemetry.

The Voice Telemetry is highly desirable and starts about 30 seconds after
the SSTV image tones stop. Everyone listen hard!
