[sarex] Possible Weak SuitSat signal heard

SuitSat pass over Texas, 1655-1704 UTC, 04-Feb-2006
Between 1658-1701 UTC (highest portion of the pass at 32 degree maximum 
elevation)
I heard 3 different segments of modulated carrier for about 1.5-3.0 seconds 
at a time.
It was a very weak signal and I was unable to make out any words, but there 
was definite modulation on an FM signal.
