[sarex] Can anyone confirm whether SuitSat is dead?

There is much traffic on the suitsat.org website to the effect
that SuitSat ceased to function after about two orbits -- likely
due to frozen batteries.  The NASA-TV announcer is also
reporting its demise.

Can anyone in an authoritative position to know please
confirm for the list?
