[sarex] ISS Frequencies for Doppler

I would like to attempt to work the ISS.  Could someone tell me what 
freqs to set in the memories to compensate for the doppler.  Also do 
I need to compensate on both the uplink and down link?

The radio I will be using is a Kenwood THD700.
