Roger,
The radio is configured so that he cannot monitor during default packet
operations. Sometimes the ISS beacon text broadcasts after he changes the
channel or switches modes.

Bill was active for the Second orbit today...pass started with Packet and
then he broke in...he might be listening on the voice input frequencies
while the packet is running...I'm not sure how that would work...

He told Miles, WF1F, that he was looking forward to the SSTV projects...
