[sarex] RS0ISS heard tonight

RS0ISS heard tonight on 145.990 acknowledging many callsigns, from AOS this
qth at 2051utc,but  unfortunately too far east of me to work in competition
with  European stations which are sub-satellite. Hoping for the next pass!
