[sarex] Bill McArthur NA1SS QSO

This morning I had the opportunity of making contact with Bill on the 
1247 UTC pass over the USA. He had
just finished talking with Glen KB1GUE. I discussed with him that I had 
received a QSL card when he
was om STS-74, after making a voice contac with him. . He was delighted 
to hear that and said I should
also apply for one from the ISS for this QSO.. .
