Bob,

I was a bit surprised too!
Heard him call CQ, picked up my mic and called him.
Was not able to have a QSO, as my beam was in the wrong direction,
and ISS was heading behind a mountain peak for about 30 seconds.
He acknowledged my call though, then talked to others in the mid west
on the way to the east coast.
Bill sure has been pretty active on voice!
Keep an ear open for him when in range of ur QTH.
