I had a 75 degree pass at 1359 EDT-did not hear them.

guaranteed but if they do activate the ham radio, they are expected to use
the standard 2 meter frequencies of 145.80 down and 144.49 for ITU regions 2
& 3. Uplink for Region 1 is 145.20.
