[sarex] ARISS Equipment Unavailable during PCSat2 Installation

Installation of PCSat2 on the International Space Station 
(ISS) is expected to come during a spacewalk set to begin 
very early Wednesday, August 3. The NA1SS/RS0ISS Amateur 
Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) equipment 
has been powered down while PCSat2 systems are installed 
and activation tests run. The ARISS gear will be returned 
to operation after a few days.
