[sarex] Shuttle Fleet Grounded

I haven't seen anything from NASA about this, but Fox News and CNN are 
both reporting that NASA has grounded the shuttle fleet due to the 
chunks of foam which came off of the external tank during Discovery's 
launch.  The Atlantis launch scheduled for September is reportedly now 
on hold...
