 The only thing I can think of that might of happened is that my packet got 
'stuck' in the ISS D-700's buffer then pushed out when the TR8 send up some 
packets. If you look at ISS's location when my packet got igated you will 
see that ISS is over Africa, the footprint is over 10,000K from me....
