FW: [sarex] ISS repeater mode to be active

Greeting's!  Just a bit confused,  why take the only operational APRS
satellite and turn it into another fm
repeater?  AO-27, AO-51, SO-50, and the ISS.  Final Score:  FM Repeater 4,
APRS 0.  Just my
opinion and I know everyone has one.
