[sarex] Astronaut operations

Not sure who to ask, but they'll probably be reading here.

We have an interesting licensing issue over here in UK. Lower grade licencees
are allowed to work an astronaut ... but NOT to work thru a space transponder 
or repeater (yes, I know its silly).

Question: when an astro/cosmonaut uses the mike on the repeater (NB not the
2m simplex rig), can other ground users join in for a multi-way QSO or is
the "repeating" facility disabled ?
