[sarex] ISS repeater 1515 UTC report

Heard several solid stations and a few weaker ones. Good to finally talk to
some of the long time ISS packet operators on voice.

Worked W7JPI, XE2AT
Heard N7MPM, N5SXQ/M, N4GM, XE2ARF

Enjoy this trial period while you can. It now appears that the radios will
be turned off around 1700 UTC Sept. 2 in support of the EVA activities.
Packet operations should resume sometime after the EVA.
