[sarex] NA1SS over JA

Mike, NA1SS was heard over Japanese two passes, 0950z and 1126z 18
July. This may be the first random QSO activity over JA. Some JAs
were succeeded in contact with Mike.
I was surprised his very fluent Japanese. We made a chat in Japanese.
