[sarex] Soyuz coms?

How does NASA or Russia space center talk with Soyuz.

Does Soyuz use TDRSS?
If i remember right, Russias own tracking system "Luch" is no more.

Anyone got any info?

I do know about the VHF freq they use when over Russia.
