[sarex] Soyuz-TMA 4 keps

G'day all,

Are there keps in .tle format for the latest manned Soyuz? I have a bunch 
of schoolkids coming for a birthday party tonite and Number-one-son wants 
to know if they can see it. We will get to see ISS at 19:11 local and I 
wonder how far ahead/behind the Soyuz will be
