[sarex] Commemorative Certificate Update

This is an update regarding the K6DUE ISS Commemorative Event Certificate.

The certificate printing was completed a few weeks ago and the certificates 
were distributed to the international delegates at the ARISS Meeting that 
has held as ESA ESTEC, Netherlands on March 26-27.  The international 
delegates planned to forward these to their QSL distributors.

In the USA, I understand that the certificates were mailed out this past 
week.  So those that made contacts should see these in the mail soon.

 From a statistics standpoint, approximately 130 hams will be receiving 
certificates.  Congratulations!!
