OSCAR E ("Echo") is a new microsat-class satellite under construction by 
AMSAT-NA.

$110,000 Needed for Launch
Donations are urgently needed to defray the costs of the launch, 
currently scheduled for June 29, 2004. Please send whatever you can to 
the AMSAT-NA office. AMSAT is a 501(c)(3) organization, so your donation 
should be tax deductible in the U.S.

Project Summary and Status Updates
February 12, 2004 -- Due to a delay in the delivery of the primary 
payload to the launch site, the Echo launch has been postponed by three 
months. The new "official" launch date is June 29, 2004.
