ARISS Event CANCELLED: Armstrong Middle School

The ARISS team regretfully announces the cancellation of Monday's scheduled contact with Armstrong Middle School in Flint, Michigan.
The International Space Station recently began experiencing a slight loss of air pressure, which the crew will be attempting to
trace in the coming days. Understandably, the crew needs to devote their time to solving this issue.

Further information on the leak can be found in NASA's International Space Station Status Report #04-2 at
http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/spacenews/reports/issreports/2004/iss04-2.html

ARISS event bulletins will resume once contacts can be rescheduled. We look forward to the ISS crew's resumption of their inspiring
conversations with the schools.

ARISS is an international educational outreach program with US participation from NASA, AMSAT (The Amateur Satellite Radio Corp.),
and the American Radio Relay League. ARISS offers an opportunity for students to experience the excitement of Amateur Radio by
talking directly with crewmembers on-board the International Space Station. Teachers, parents and communities experience, first
hand, how Amateur Radio and crew members on ISS can energize youngsters interest in science, technology, and learning. Further
information on the ARISS programme is available on the website http://www.rac.ca/ariss

Thank you & 73,
