Hi Sil....

On the 0530 UTC pass I was successful UNPROTOing (to) RS0ISS-11 and got the 
same return as you did, however the satgates up here in NE USA didn't pick up 
my multiple (UI)'s...

They also ignored several connects that were made by others....

There is a possibility that the connects on -11 disable the unproto through 
-11 but I can't be sure as I was only running 2W to a J-pole.....

Don't know what we got but it's there...
