[sarex] ISS heard this am?

Heard packet on 145.800 this morning in North Central PA.  Copied the
following

It's been a while since I've turned the rig on.  Is this ISS's mailbox?  Is
it also working as a digipeter?

I tried sending unproto on the packet uplink freq., but saw no return.  Did
anyone else copy?
