On this next pass at 0137/23 the beacon went off and I copied it clearly,
but couldn't connect or get any packets thru the digi on either the simplex
or duplex freqs. I have unproto set to (UNPROTO BL11CF VIA RS0ISS-4) and
wonder if I am missing something. It's been so long since I worked ISS,
maybe my TNC settings are off. It connects fine to the local BBS/PC. Ideas?

I just heard ISS packet bursts on 145.800 simplex on the 2358Z/22 pass NE
over Hawaii. Although I couldn't connect or digi due to being on the
fringe, it was in fact turned on and hearing my station. Good luck!
