[sarex] ISS active over U.S.

Hi all,

I worked Mike Foale at 1706 UTC... he said he was "over the Great 
Lakes" and "using the Kenwood radio".  However, he abruptly 
stopped transmitting after my contact.  Nothing further was heard 
for the remainder of that pass, or two subsequent passes over my 
location.
