[sarex] NA1SS on phone

Hello, I heard ISS on phone around 20:04 UTC, just when ISS was approaching
Eastern Quebec. I heard one astronaut ending one contact. Then I tried to
call and got no answer. I heard nothing else when ISS was at maximum angle
(45 N) with Trois-Pistoles, Qc, my current location. I still hope for
another chance during the next pass!!
