[sarex] NA1SS Active Over North America

Mike Foale was active today during the "Priority 2" North America
pass between 19;53 and 20:14 UTC.

Mike said he would be setting up a second Amateur Radio station on
the ISS (hopefully) by next week to make operating a bit easier for him.
