Valcho,

All you need is to be heard digipeated by a sgate station.
There are about 3 sgate stations in N. America that import that info to the 
ARISS website http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/pcsat.cgi of heard stations. If 
there is no station that saw your packets, then it will not make it to the 
website.
Example: I have had many successful digipeats via pcsat, but I have not 
shown up on the list for days.....
