[sarex] ISS Packets

  Hi all,

  Just FYI, I saw the ISS packet system operational, at 1126 UTC today,
March 1.

  I might add that I was so pleased to see it that I don't think I could
have tried so much as a digi through it if I'd planned to, LOL!
