EXP 6 CREW TO SPEAK WITH STS-107
Expedition Six Commander Ken Bowersox, Flight Engineer Nikolai Budarin
and NASA ISS Science Officer Don Pettit enjoyed a quiet weekend aboard
the International Space Station. Sunday, they performed minor maintenance
on a hatch window in the Unity Module.

At 11:34 a.m. CST (1734 GMT) Monday, they are slated to talk with the
STS-107 crew. At the time of the conversation, the station will be flying
above southern Russia near the Black Sea at 47 degrees 53 minutes north
latitude and 36 degrees 13 minutes east longitude. The shuttle will be
located over northern Brazil at 5 degrees 43 minutes north latitude and
47 degrees 48 minutes west longitude.

During other activities for the upcoming week, the crew will prepare for
the departure of the Progress 9 cargo ship, which is slated to undock
from the station Feb. 1. Progress 9 will be filled with trash and other
unneeded items, and its departure will make room for the arrival of the
Progress 10 cargo ship. The new Progress is slated to launch from
Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, on Feb. 2 and arrive at the station Feb.
4.
