Hello All,

          On page 30 of the November/December 2002 AMSAT Journal,
Frank Bauer, KA3HDO, is shown accepting a plaque for his service
and dedication to the ARISS program from two representatives of ARRL,
Coy Day, and Chris Imlay.  

          I would like to add my sincere CONGRATULATIONS and 
THANKS to Frank, for all of his work, professionalism, and dedication
to ARISS and Amateur Radio.
