[sarex] Greetings from ISS Crew 5: Correction

Hello,

Due to a problem, images 800x600 and 1024x768 about Crew 5 greetings,
published on ISS FanClub portal, were ready to download only on BMP format
and not on JPG as prepared.

Now you can get a good version of these files.
