The double hop packet test has been sucessful

I had a long telecon with ariss/nasa last week.
It looks like Samburov will be coming
to washington DC in december 2002 for a meeting.
I am disapointed in the slow progress of ARISS,
Spacecam has be

The naked-eye eclipsing variable star Algol
should be in one of

for a couple hours centered on 12:26 a.m. Sunday
morning EDT. Algol takes several additional
hours to fade

Mercury (about magnitude 0.

horizon 30 or 40 minutes before sunrise. Early in

glow of sunrise, above Mercury and per
haps a bit to the right.
Jupiter (magnitude 2.1, in Cancer) rises around 1 a.m.
daylight saving time and
shines brightly very high in the southeast by dawn.
Look for Regulus to Jupiter's
lower left. A line from Jupiter through Regulus points
to Mars and Mercury very low
